One of the most common questions when starting a business is: "Where do I begin?"

In line with the statutory provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) Cap C20 Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 2020, all companies and businesses operating in Nigeria are mandated to be registered or incorporated in Nigeria before they can commence economic activities.

Please note that the basic requirement for a business listing on our platform(bsuiness.mustgrow.biz) is in line with statutory regulations which mandate that all companies or businesses operating in Nigeria must be registered or incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), as provided for in Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) Cap C20 Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 2020.
